In business, the past can be an excellent guide to the future. Quite a lot of business planning is based on what happened last year! But this is where we hit a snag, after all, if you want the same as you got, then do the same as you did, but if you want more, better or different, then you need to make changes.
"Tomorrow is the start of 2020 and it is up to you to do something about it!"
Do you want to keep the status quo and just keep on going? But hang on a minute, don't you actually want your business to grow, to become more successful, to become more profitable, to give you more time off and less time working?
So, you don't actually want to just keep on going in the same old rut. You don't want the same amount of hassle, you want less hassle and you want more money this time next year, right? Which means you actually do need to change things.
So, what are you going to change? What direction do you want or need to go in? Part of the problem here is that if you have been in business for a while, your thinking may be stuck in a rut. You probably know you need to make changes, but you can't do it on your own. You need help, which is where we come in.
Until next time ...
